Self-Care Days

A fun, informative event, with everyone walking away refreshed, revitalised and with some tools for your coping toolbox.

We run half-, full-day, and weekend Self-Care Days at various times throughout the year. In beautiful surroundings, with a focus on breathwork and stretching for a small group.

Our Self-Care Days include nutritious scrumptious food and great company.


Self-Care Days are just the right thing if you need to take some blissful time out for yourself. It offers you the opportunity to take time out and make new connections in a really cozy and comfy environment. I could apply the generous information shared on how to breathe properly and lean into my intuition immediately and use it to my benefit in everyday life. For me the Self-Care Day was a warm hug to myself that I needed.
